Restaurant Partner Terms

1. Agreement

These Restaurant Partner Terms ("Partner Terms") apply to restaurants and grocery partners using Finiin. Finiin is operated by Automation, LLC. By accepting the Restaurant Partner Agreement in the food place dashboard, you confirm you are authorized to bind the restaurant and agree to these Partner Terms, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2. Platform listing

Finiin may display the restaurant's name, menu, prices, availability, photos, and other approved business information on the Finiin website, apps, and partner tools.

3. Licenses, safety, and compliance

The restaurant is responsible for maintaining required licenses, food-safety standards, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

The restaurant will keep menu items, prices, availability, preparation times, and relevant food/allergen information accurate.

4. Order preparation

The restaurant is responsible for preparing orders accurately, safely packaging and sealing them, and making them ready for pickup or delivery on time.

5. Delivery options

If the restaurant chooses Restaurant Delivery, the restaurant is responsible for its drivers, including qualifications, insurance, conduct, and delivery performance.

If Finiin Delivery is selected, Finiin coordinates the assigned delivery driver.

6. Refunds and settlements

The restaurant is responsible for verified refunds resulting from incorrect, missing, unavailable, improperly prepared, or unsafe food.

Finiin is responsible for verified platform or Finiin-driver delivery failures according to Finiin's Refund Policy at https://finiin.com/refund-policy.

Applicable Finiin fees, refunds, adjustments, and chargebacks may be deducted from restaurant settlements.

7. Account status

Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of the restaurant's Finiin account.
