Finiin connects customers, restaurants, and drivers. Reach our team anytime or use the guides below for your role.
Customers
Order food, track delivery, and manage your account in the Finiin app.
Customer login- Download the Finiin app or sign in at finiin.com/login/customer.
- Choose a restaurant, add items to your cart, and select Delivery or Pickup.
- Complete checkout with your saved payment method.
- Track your order in the app. For delivery, use the Handoff PIN when your driver arrives.
- For order issues, contact support with your order number.
Restaurants
Manage incoming orders, menus, and delivery handoff from the partner dashboard.
Restaurant login- Sign in at finiin.com/login/food-place with your approved restaurant email.
- Open new orders, confirm them, and update status to Preparing and Ready for Pickup.
- Choose Finiin Driver delivery or Restaurant Delivery when the order is ready.
- Need partner access? Submit a restaurant request from the login page for Finiin review.
Drivers
Accept deliveries, navigate to customers, and complete handoff with the customer PIN.
Driver login- Download the Finiin Driver app and sign in with your approved driver account.
- Tap Go Online to receive delivery requests near you.
- Accept a job, start delivery, and tap Arrived at the customer location.
- Enter the Handoff PIN shown in the customer app to complete the delivery.
Common questions
- Where is my order? Open the Finiin app and view live status on your active order screen.
- What is the Handoff PIN? A short code shown in the customer app when your driver arrives. The driver enters it to complete delivery.
- Pickup vs delivery? Choose Pickup at checkout to collect at the restaurant, or Delivery for driver drop-off.
- Restaurant or driver access? Email support@finiin.com to request partner or driver account review.
