Driver Terms

1. Agreement

These Driver Terms ("Driver Terms") apply to drivers using the Finiin Driver app and related tools. Finiin is operated by Automation, LLC. By accepting the Driver Agreement, you agree to these Driver Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.

2. License, registration, and insurance

You will maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and required automobile insurance while delivering for Finiin.

You authorize Finiin to verify your identity and eligibility to drive, including required driving-record or background checks (such as through Checkr).

3. Delivery standards

You will deliver orders safely, promptly, and in the condition received from the restaurant.

You will not open, tamper with, consume, or intentionally damage a customer's order.

You will communicate respectfully with customers, restaurants, and Finiin.

4. Accepting and declining offers

You may accept or decline available delivery offers. Repeated cancellations after accepting an order may affect your access to the platform.

5. Account status

Fraud, unsafe conduct, serious customer complaints, falsified information, or expired required documents may result in suspension or removal from Finiin.
