Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Finiin customer account and the personal data associated with it. This page applies to the Finiin customer app published by Automation, LLC.
How to request deletion
- Open the email app on your phone or computer.
- Send a message to support@finiin.com from the same email address used in your Finiin customer account.
- Use the subject line: Finiin account deletion request.
- Include your full name and the phone number on your account so we can verify ownership.
- Our team will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted
- Finiin customer account login (email and password)
- Profile name, phone number, and profile photo
- Saved delivery addresses
- App preferences tied to your account
Data that may be kept
- Order and payment records may be kept as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Information already shared with restaurants or drivers for completed orders may remain in their operational records as needed to fulfill past deliveries.
- Stripe may retain payment records according to Stripe's policies and legal requirements.
We may retain certain records for up to 7 years where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution.
Partial deletion without account deletion
In the Finiin app, you can remove individual saved delivery addresses from your account settings without deleting your entire account. Full account deletion requires contacting support using the steps above.
